Only the best

I hold my pasta courses at suitable facilities, which are set up with all the necessary equipment. To make sure everyone has their own workbench where they can work their dough, for each course I provide all the material, that is rolling pins, boards as well as ingredients, such as flour, fresh eggs and fillings.

But you will be the ones to bring the most important tool: your hands.

The new workshop outdoors

Pasta in Piazza

Pasta in piazza represents my new way of teaching outdoors. I have conceived this format because the piazza, which is the Italian word for square, is a spontaneous meeting place, a popular container capable of embracing many different aspects of a town. Organizing a pasta course in a piazza means anybody can take part, including those who just want to stop and watch the pasta show. Italian squares are wonderful, especially those in all the beautiful villages around Italy. They are small gems located within territories where traditions, including gastronomic ones, are highly cherished. If you run a business in a square, a bar or a restaurant, contact me to organize a unique and unforgettable event together. Gift yourself or a loved one this incredible experience.
